Jacqui_Tink_web.jpgAgronomist/Technical Field Consultant - BAgSc

Jacqui has been consulting on the Abron team since April 2008 after crossing the ditch from her native Australia. She spends her time consulting and providing agronomic advice to pastoral clients in the Canterbury and Waikato regions.

Jacqui’s background has been in biologically focused agronomy in south eastern Australia. She has been involved with a diverse number of facets in this field including dairying, cropping, vineyards and orchards. Jacqui loves the satisfaction of helping clients to improve their production and profitability through improved soil, plant and animal health. The intimate connection between the soil, plant and animal/human health is an area that science is starting to recognise and Abron is proving these results in the field.

Jacqui studied Agricultural Science at Melbourne University at both their rural and city campuses. Since then, she has attended numerous conferences presented by Australian and international speakers on biological agriculture including the Acres USA Conference. Jacqui spent time working abroad on a cropping farm in Canada and loves travel. Other interests include health and nutrition and staying active.

Jacqui is currently overseas on a working sabbatical to expand her knowledge even further. She will be back working on the team full time next year however in the meantime she has promised to send us regular updates on her progress. Which this space for more!
